Crafted from sustainably sourced Ash wood, the Svaeve chair is a modern heirloom-quality seating solution that pays homage to the iconic Windsor chair. This project focused on balancing a minimalist Scandinavian aesthetic with rigorous commercial requirements and structural integrity. Through 1:1 prototyping and detailed technical drawing, the design achieves an airy, "floating" silhouette (Svaeve) without compromising on the ergonomic comfort or durability required for premium residential environments.

This design embraces tradition in a contemporary way. Similar to how the Danish effectively integrate historical architecture with modern design.
